He`s so cute! |
These are gorgeous! |
If you`ve seen my quite quick Live Diary blog update on Wollaton hall, it`s basically a huge old house that quite a few upper class people used to live in, it`s full of old fashioned taxidermy pieces and fine art paintings that line most of the halls.
The building has been pretty much left as it is, with original fixtures and ginormous rooms to walk around in.
Along with the inside of the hall, the halls grounds are massive! They also have their own heard of deer which roam the park freely throughout the year.

The gardens there are always something that they`re proud of, with gorgeous flowers planted in colour matching patterns. And a original and quite old fashioned conservatory which had planted tress inside that grow throughout the summer, something tells me that they`re apple trees since nothing had actually grown on them when we went on our little trip.
Even though I was spending the day with my family, still wanted the day to be quite productive; so I used the basic camera on my phone and began walking off every no and then to try and get some interesting pictures from around the park. Of course, most of them where going to be nature pictures, if I had a professional camera than I would of got a ton of pictures of the art deco around the hall and around the outside of the hall.
If you do live in the Derbyshire area, and want a basic day out in the sunshine then Wollaton hall is always a god choice. They`ve got a newly built play area for children of al sizes, The grounds are ginormous so you can enjoy a good game of cricket or badminton, the gardens are relaxing and peaceful to walk around, the lake has got quite a lot of wildlife swimming around and you can walk the whole way around the lake quite easily.
The scenery is beautiful, as you can imagine it can be quite a scenic place when the deer`s are running across the fields and the sun is rising above the trees. I`m now making this out to be something out of a bloody film!
The place is beautiful, it`s well looked after and it`s free to enter!
Yes, a beautiful place like this is free to enter for everyone, kids, adults, OAP`s, you get the idea, it`s just free alright. They do accept donations that you can put in boxes that are dotted around the inside of the hall. They do have a small gift shop aswell that sell cute souvenirs and toys for the kids. Near the entrance to the hall, they have a small vintage café in case you get some what hungry when your on your little adventures.
Now onto my photography session!
For starts, I had a lot of fun trying to take these photos when I was with my mum; I kept on laying on the floor to get some good shots and she ran up to me, threw herself on the floor and then rolled down hills... She didn`t know I was trying to take photos, and luckily not that many people where around to watch her do that. I would love a professional camera to take photos with, I`m still just using my little HTC phone to do my photography. In a way it doesn`t bother me because I think that the majority of the pictures come out quite well, but it bothers me because I struggle with getting a really good quality image that isn`t blurry, shows all of the detail and shows off my skills.
Could you imagine being a professional photographer, but only using a tiny little phone? Yeah, doesn`t sound quite right does it?
I will be uploading all of my photography images onto my facebook page, so if you want to see them then head over there tomorrow to find them all.
You can also find all of my work and photography work on my Instagram account, which I like to use as a little photographic/visual diary.
